The First Post

The road to sleepless night are paved with the best of intentions.   

It is my intention to post in this space as often as I can.  I don’t know how often ‘often’ will be.  With a busy practice, a young family and only 24 hours in a day ‘often’ may prove to be rather infrequently.  We shall see.  

I also don’t plan on making this blog overly scholarly; nor do I plan on writing lengthy legal treatises.  I will try to post interesting articles and studies.  Most importantly this space gives me more than 140 characters to write my thoughts.
