On the inaugural instalment of The Docket Leo Russomanno and I sit down with law professor and renowned expert Michael Geist to discuss the Conservative governments new cyber-bullying / internet surveillance legislation – Bill C-13.  

Bill C-13 has generated its fair share of controversy and is currently being studied by the House of Commons Committee on Justice and Human rights.
